Shipping:
At this time we only offer shipping to lower 48 USA States.
Shipping Carrier we use is Federal Express. Most packages will be sent by FedEx Ground.FedEx does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
We require signature upon delivery on all packages shipped. We do this to ensure you receive your package and that it hasn't been subjected to adverse weather condition.
If you decide to wave the signature requirement please let us know when you place your order. If you choose to do so Soy Candle Treasures can not be held responsible for theft or any damage to your shipment.
We do ship out within a week. Of Course during the busy Holiday seasons this might take 2 weeks to ship. We make every effort to ship each order out as quickly as possible.

Returns:
If by chance your package arrives damaged during shipping, contact us. Also save all the original packing material to be inspected by the shipping carrier. We will assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate shipping carrier. Once you receive your claim number from the shipping carrier contact us and we will reship your order.
